Lewis Partners is a CPA firm in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. This application is an internal tool operated by Lewis Partners. Contact: admin@lewispartners.ca.
The connector links Lewis Partners' internal AI assistant to the QuickBooks Online companies of the firm and of clients who have engaged Lewis Partners for accounting, bookkeeping, and tax services. It is used exclusively by authorized Lewis Partners personnel to deliver those services.
With each company's authorization through Intuit's secure sign-in, the application accesses QuickBooks Online accounting data (such as company information, transactions, and reports) via Intuit's API. Access is read and write only to the extent needed to perform the engaged accounting services.
The application stores OAuth connection tokens, encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, on Cloudflare infrastructure. It does not maintain a separate database of QuickBooks data; accounting data is retrieved from Intuit on demand and processed transiently.
We do not sell personal or business data. Data is processed only by the infrastructure providers required to operate the tool and is otherwise handled under the confidentiality obligations that apply to Lewis Partners as a CPA firm.
A connected company can be disconnected at any time, which immediately revokes its token with Intuit. You may also revoke access from your Intuit account settings.
