This application is an internal tool of Lewis Partners, a CPA firm in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Use is limited to authorized Lewis Partners personnel and to clients who authorize a connection of their QuickBooks Online company as part of an engagement with the firm.
Lewis Partners grants authorized users a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the application solely in connection with services provided by the firm. No other rights are granted.
The application connects to QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks and related marks are trademarks of Intuit Inc. This application is not endorsed by or affiliated with Intuit.
The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lewis Partners disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lewis Partners is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.
Lewis Partners may suspend or terminate access at any time. Disconnecting a company revokes its authorization with Intuit immediately.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
